Payment for your subscription is handled directly by Apple or Google, depending on the mobile device you are using.
As a result, the invoice for your Seanapps subscription will only be available in your Apple or Google Play Store account.
Here is the procedure to follow if you have an Apple device:
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name at the top, then tap "Subscriptions."
3. Select the subscription for which you want to obtain an invoice.
4. Tap "View Purchase History."
5. Locate the transaction and tap it to view the details and billing options.
If your device uses Google Play Store:
1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap your profile picture in the top right, then tap "Payments & Subscriptions."
3. Select "Subscriptions."
4. Choose the subscription for which you wish to obtain an invoice.
5. Tap "Manage" then tap "Transaction History".
6. Select the transaction for which you need an invoice and tap "View Invoice".
