When you receive a sensor alert, we invite you to assess the nature of the alert received:
- Critical Alerts: Check the details to assess the situation. If the alert is deemed concerning and affects the state of your boat or safety on board, we recommend contacting your dealer immediately.
Consult the dedicated page: What alerts require my intervention?
- Non-Critical Alerts: If the alert does not pose a significant risk, you can dismiss it by clicking the cross at the top right of the notification. It will then be removed from the list in the "Alerts" tab.
Note: Without your intervention, the alert will be automatically cleared after 2 weeks. However, it might prevent the receipt of new alerts during this period.
