To enjoy the features of the Seanapps application, you need to:
Create your Seanapps account
After installing the Seanapps application:
- Open the Seanapps app on your smartphone
- On the login page, enter your email address
> If you received an invitation email to download Seanapps, please use the email address that received the invitation email. - Choose a password and confirm it
- At the next step, you will be asked to verify your email address:
- Open your email application
- Open the email received from Seanapps
- Click on the link in the email
- Back in the app, enter your profile information
- Complete your registration
Connect a boat to your Seanapps account
Once your account is created, you will be invited to connect your boat:
- Click on Connect my boat
- Enter the HIN of your boat or the email address of the previous owner and click on Search
> If you received an invitation email and created your account with the same email address, you will only need to verify the pre-filled information - If the entered HIN is recognized, a boat record will appear on the screen.
> No boat was found? You can manually register your boat - Click on Connect this boat
Activate your Seanapps connected box
After creating your Seanapps account and associating your boat with it, we recommend activating the Seanapps connected box on board your boat. If your boat is not equipped, here is how to equip it.
Once in your Seanapps application:
- In the header banner, click on the Premium icon
- You will then find a description of the different connectivity offers available for your Seanapps connected box
> If you just bought a new boat equipped or if you just installed a Retrofit Pack on your used boat, the first year of connectivity is free! - Select the offer that suits you and follow the instructions until the confirmation screen
> Payment and billing are administered, managed, and secured by Apple Pay and Google Pay services. - The Seanapps connected box will start its measurements. Connectivity initialization can take 24 hours. If you observe that the initialization takes longer, we invite you to contact our support team at contact@seanapps.fr
