Check your email address: Ensure that the email address associated with your Seanapps account is the same as the one provided for the boat transfer.

Check your spam folder: The transfer email might have ended up in your spam folder. Please check both your inbox and spam folders.

Log in to the Seanapps app: If the transfer was initiated by your boat dealer, a message should automatically appear in the Seanapps app, inviting you to accept the boat transfer.

Contact your dealer: Ask your dealer to resend the transfer process to ensure everything has been correctly submitted.
