To send a message from the Seanapps mobile application:
1- Open the Seanapps mobile app
2- Tap on the "Messages" tab
3- Tap the "+" icon in the top right corner of the screen
- If you have an inactive subscription, the message will be sent to Seanapps support
- If your subscription is active, your request will be sent directly to your dealer.
4- Fill in the text field with your request. You can add media (image or video) by tapping the "+" icon in the bottom left corner of the screen.
5- Tap "Send"
To view a message from the Seanapps mobile application:
Open the Seanapps mobile app
Tap on the "Messages" tab
If your dealer has sent you a message, it will be visible directly in the list. You can access and reply to it.
